- Scope of Services Montavon Studios, LLC provides specialized technical services, including but not limited to:
- Professional short video editing based on client-provided assets.
- Original short video creation (planning, filming, and production).
- Graphic design and advertising layout services.
- Sale of advertising-related equipment.
- Client Obligations & Content Warranty The Client is responsible for providing all necessary raw footage, creative briefs, and copy. You represent and warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to all materials provided to us or have obtained all necessary licenses. Montavon Studios, LLC shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement arising from materials provided by the Client.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, the final delivered product (the “Work”) is licensed to the Client for commercial use.
- Portfolio Rights: Montavon Studios, LLC retains a non-exclusive, perpetual right to display the Work in our company portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is formally executed.
- Payment and Pricing All prices are listed in USD. Full payment or a pre-agreed deposit is required before project commencement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for requests that exceed the original project scope.
- Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montavon Studios, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or platform account suspension) resulting from the use or inability to use our delivered products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
