Refund & Cancellation Policy
At montavon studios, we provide customized digital services that involve significant labor and creative intellectual property. Therefore, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect our creators and ensure business sustainability.
- Order Cancellation & Full Refunds A full refund is only available if a cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of payment, provided that our production team has not yet begun working on your project.
- Partial Refunds (Work-in-Progress) If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before the first draft is delivered, a 30% administrative and labor fee will be deducted from the refund. If a project is cancelled after the first draft has been delivered, a 50% “Kill Fee” will be applied to compensate for the creative labor expended.
- No-Refund Policy Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
- The final high-resolution, watermark-free files have been delivered.
- The Client has approved the final draft.
- The project has been delayed due to the Client’s failure to provide assets or feedback for more than 14 days.
- Subjective dissatisfaction regarding “creative style” if the Work aligns with the original brief and provided samples.
- Equipment Returns (Physical Goods) For hardware/equipment sales: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. The Client is responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
- Chargeback Notice We encourage clients to contact our support team at service@montavonstudios.com to resolve any issues. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using your signed agreement, communication logs, and proof of delivery.
