Phase 1: Project Onboarding & Asset Submission Once an order is placed, the Client must submit a detailed brief and all raw assets (video, audio, text) via our secure upload portal. The “Estimated Delivery Time” begins only after all required materials are received.
Phase 2: Creative Execution
- Editing Services: Our editors process your footage according to the agreed-upon style and script.
- Creation Services: Our creative team develops a storyboard or script for your approval prior to filming.
Phase 3: Review & Revision Cycles We believe in collaboration. Each project includes 3 rounds of revisions.
- Minor Revisions: Include changes to text, music, basic color grading, or clip sequence.
- Major Revisions: Requests that deviate from the original approved brief may incur additional service fees.
Phase 4: Final Delivery Upon approval of the draft, we will deliver the high-resolution, watermark-free final files via a secure download link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer).
- Acceptance: Downloading the final files constitutes formal acceptance of the Work.
